Produtech partners with Bosch Rexroth to manufacture EffiCOIL

EffiCOIL is an absolutely innovative and avant-garde project: it is a one-of-a-kind combined machine, which combines the two main technologies used for sheet metal working, namely mechanical punching and optical fiber laser cutting. Added to this is the choice to feed the machine directly from coils instead of from sheets.

• Sheet feeding speeds up production times by reducing production raw material loading and unloading downtime, for greater efficiency;
• The possibility of equipping the same machine body with two different processing units, perfectly coordinated and synchronized, creates a compact system and therefore considerably reduces the space needed for the machine fleet;
• The versatility of EffiCOIL can achieve greater productivity, since all the machine processes - even complex - from raw material to finished parts are fully automatic, without manual intervention by the operator and without accessory machines for part finishing.
