ALPI coil-fed cutting/punching system, DECA series, version 1500 (maximum coil width: 1500 mm) with rotating tools
This used line consists of a coil punching machine, a decoiler with a coil car, a straightener, and a hydraulic platform to facilitate the insertion of the sheet metal coil into the punching machine's feed rollers. It allows for the automatic and unattended production of metal parts, thanks to the sheet metal feeding directly from the coil and the automatic unloading of the machined parts via the output rollers located after the work head.
All tools are rotating and allow the production of punched holes, deformations, ribs, and small bends—even along shaped or curved paths—through interpolation of all axes, including rotation.
This is a pre-owned Produtech system that was replaced by a customer who purchased a new, more powerful Produtech coil punching system. It has been collected and overhauled by Produtech and comes with a 12-month warranty.
