The Produtech AC Bend electric panel bender allows you to bend metal components at high speed, even with complex geometries. Programming is quick and easy, allowing you to create flanges, boxes, profiles, radius bends, and negative bends. The bending operations take place with the sheet metal piece positioned on the machine table and blocked by means of sheet metal holding tools, while the upper and lower bending tools are fixed on the mobile bending carriages.
The CNC unit installed in the control panel manages the machine axes, the user interface is created via an industrial PC with a 15” TFT LCD display and a separate panel-mounted keyboard. CAD-CAM programs are installed to define production data and import it via network connection, run the bending technology to generate automatic work cycles. The tools used on the machine are of the highest quality and readily available from numerous manufacturers on the Italian and international markets.
Furthermore, they offer a wide range, allowing for a tool for every specific need, ensuring extremely high work flexibility.
The electric panel bender can be installed in line with Produtech coil-fed machines, so that the metal components produced can be bent and formed, completing the entire production cycle.
Technical data:
Maximum standard bending length: 3000 mm
Maximum standard bending height: 300 mm

The Produtech TRIS beading and hemming machines are equipped with three different forming units, each with a vertically adjustable upper roller that moves on hardened guides. This ensures parallelism with the lower roller and avoids scissor-like movement to set the working depth. Each unit includes depth-adjustable, hardened-steel contact plates that guide the sheet metal during edging, beading, and hemming of iron, aluminium, copper, and stainless-steel parts. The edging rollers are driven by an electric gearmotor managed by an electronic frequency converter that allows for single-phase 220 V power supply (convenient for use on construction sites) and easy adjustment of the rotation speed via a knob, to allow it to be adapted to the complexity of the jobs to be performed.
The TRIS machines consist of an upper motor body and a lower base, secured together with four knobs. This allows the two units to be separated easily for transport and minimal space requirements. The machine body can rotate on the base to facilitate operations that require replacing the forming rollers with alternative roller sets. The base is characterized by the presence of a large tool compartment closed with a lock. The use of ball bearings instead of bushings on the edging roller shafts allows for higher rotation speeds than traditional edging machines.
